Return & Exchange Policy
At Pawssome, we stand behind the quality of our innovative pet essentials. We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
2. How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@pawssome.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with the necessary instructions and the return address.
3. Exchanges We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size for your pet’s comfort. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email to get the process started.
4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
5. Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the product is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
